At Administrative Scrivener Corporation Yanagi Group, we serve as ‘your local legal experts’ and provide various consultations as well as assistance with visa and naturalization application procedures.

 

Approximately 10 years ago, I established the predecessor of our current office, Yanagi Judicial and Administrative Scrivener Office (also known as Yanagi Comprehensive Legal Office). From the very beginning, I have consistently pursued the goal of ‘addressing each client individually and delivering the best legal services’ in this ever-changing era. To achieve this, I have utilized all aspects of the law and dedicated efforts to achieve total support through collaboration with other professionals and specialists.

 

Currently, I keenly recognize the need for more active international exchange due to the rapid changes in global circumstances, the aging population, labor shortages, amendments to immigration laws, and more. In this context, for foreigners to live in Japan, there are numerous challenges beyond language, such as cultural, legal, and lifestyle aspects that need to be addressed in the future.

 

Our office aims to provide comprehensive support equivalent to that for Japanese nationals to foreign individuals as well. We serve as a reliable consultation source for various issues, including visas, naturalization, company establishment, and finding a place of residence, with the intention of supporting their lives in Japan.

I have obtained qualifications not only as an Administrative Scrivener, but also as a Judicial Scrivener and a Land and Building Surveyor. In order to empathize with and reassure our clients, I provide a one-stop service for matters such as corporate registration and inheritance planning.

 

With the enforcement of the ‘Revised Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act’ on April 1, 2019, an increasing number of foreigners will be living in Japan in the future. However, I still feel that there is a lack of public facilities and various services that can provide foreigners with a sense of security in their daily lives.
