What kind of concerns or requests did you have?

When I researched on the internet, I found many cases that couldn’t be solved, and I felt very anxious. Even though we collected the necessary documents ourselves, we were unsure if they were correct or not, and this worried us. When I contacted the immigration office, they seemed busy, and I remember they couldn’t provide detailed answers.

 

How did you come to know about us?

We were introduced to Mr. Yanagimoto and Mr. Yoshimura by an acquaintance, and that’s how we decided to ask for help.

 

What was your first impression?

We were greeted with smiles in a bright office, and it made us feel at ease. Since it was directly connected to the station, it was very convenient even on rainy days.

How is your work and life in Japan?

Thanks to the Yanagi Group professors, I was able to find a job as a systems engineer soon after! Having the right to stay in Japan was a requirement for the job application, and I was often asked about it during interviews. Getting my residence card in the shortest time possible was crucial. It was a tremendous help!

 

Could you tell us about your goals in Japan?

My goal is to obtain permanent residency.

Of course, I would recommend the firm not only for the “Spouse Visa” I applied for but also for any issues related to foreigner visas and residence statuses. If you’re unsure and anxious, as I was, not knowing where to start, I believe you can trust them.

 

What message would you like to share with those who have similar concerns or doubts?

If you’re feeling anxious, I think it’s better to leave it to the professionals. It’s scary to think that you might have to return home after multiple unsuccessful attempts to acquire a visa or due to applying incorrectly, which could prevent future applications. It does require some investment, but the initial steps are crucial, so trusting professionals is reassuring. Thanks to having the initial application documents, we were able to use them as a reference when submitting for renewal a year later and again the following year. It was truly a valuable service. Considering the long term, it felt affordable.
